Where are you located?
· We are located in the PNW, Oregon specifically. Just outside of Portland.
What are your hours?
· We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PT, however, we do have a habit of working late into the night and on weekends.
What is your turn around time?
· Our turn around time varies from 3-5 business days to 5-7 business days, we always have the most current TAT listed in the banner on our website and always updated in the VIP Group. Custom and Ready to sew will always be 7-10 business days. If ordering single strips with Ready to sew, the entire order will be 7-10 business days. Orders over $75 may be subjected to a 7-10 business day tat dependent up on the order volume.
Do you have a Facebook Group?

Do you offer anything bigger than 5”x36”?
· At this time we don’t. Full & Half Yards are definitely on our radar. There’s a lot (electrical wise) that goes into that process and we have actually met with our electrician to get us moving in the right direction! When the time comes, you can bet there will be a HUGE announcement along with a launch sale! The best way to stay in the know is to join our FB Group and sign up for our emails!
What bases of fabric do you currently print on?
· Right now, we print on Bullet, Scuba (thick & thin), Velvet and Ribbed. DBP and Wide Rib are exclusive to our Ready to Sew items. Velvet is discontinuing December 31, 2025 or while current supply lasts.
What is Ready to Sew?
· Our ready to sew collection is our newest addition. We offer a wide range of bummies, bells, body suits, rompers, Body Suits, Crew Tops, etc. You select any of our 4,000 + prints or your own seamless, we print and cut them for you to sew! They are priced so you can sell to your customer base!
Do you offer wholesale?
· At this time we do not offer wholesale.
Do you offer free shipping?
· All orders $150 or more will ship free unless you upgrade your shipping.
Do you combine shipping for multiple orders within TAT?
· Yes! We do combine shipping. We also refund any shipping overages in the form of shop credit. If you ask us to combine orders that are days apart but within TAT, TAT will apply to the latest order. For example, you place and order on Two Fer Tuesday and another on Sew Saturday but want them combined, the TAT will be based off the Saturday order.
Do you offer return/refunds?
· Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. Refunds are case-by-case and ALWAYS given in the form of shop credit. Custom items are NEVER refunded unless the error is on our end.
Do you offer local pickup?
· We do! We would love to have local customers!
Do you have reps?
· At this time we don’t. In lieu of reps, we have VIPs (FB Group members) with an everyday 15% discount. Come join us!
Do you have coupons, sales, promotions?
· We sure do!! We have our daily deals! Every Monday is Mystery Monday, a Mystery Pack of 20 Strips for just $20! Every Tuesday all fabric strips are Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Saturday is Sew Saturday, all Ready to Sew is Buy 1 Get 1 50% off.
